- Travel arrangments (taxis) for cast, crew and extras (extras are not trained! will probably need traliers/marquees/ green rooms)
- Health and safety issues; high viz jackets, crowd control and control of the extras
- Power!  ; batteries? generator?
- Security
- Accommodation
- Catering (allergies etc)
- Transporting equipment
- Press and paparazzi control
- Vehicles on set
- Script delivered
- Toilets on location
- Riders (for super famous celebs!)
