Franchising
What is franchising? and how does BBC Worldwide franchise their products?
Franchising-Someone will buy a 'ready-made package' and then have to fill it out 'hiring people'. BBC Worldwide has been able to do well from 'royalty' each year which is a sum of money that the franchisee has given to the franchisor as a thank you.
It is Someone 'copyrighting' and buying the rights to open up the same thing. E.g. Nandos, Dominos, Mcdonalds, X-factor, strictly come dancing.

Add an example so that we can be sure you have a good understanding of this concept. Thanks, Mrs E
